Parochet & Torah Ark Curtains
Existing Parochet: Height: Measure from the top to the bottom of parochet, or the length you prefer. Measure length of fringes and diameter of rings separately. Our standard rings measure approximately 1.5 inches in diameter (3.80 cm).
Width: Measure from left to right of the paroches or the width you prefer.
Parochet for a new Aron Kodesh: Height: Measure from the bottom tip of the rod (or from where you want to hang parochet) to the floor or surface of the opening area of ark.
Width: Measure from left to right of the opening area. We usually allow additional 1-2 inches on each side to allow waviness of the curtain.
Bima & Amud Covers
Measure the top surface of the bima. Provide us with the width (left to right) and the depth (front to back). We usually allow an additional 6-8 inches on all four sides. The inscription, if any, will appear on the front overhang of bima cover or otherwise instructed.
